Inventory Results Page
It is the page that includes the terms belonging to the CharacterIX personality inventory group and shows the data analysis results of the answers given to the 72 + 1 questions by the participants. In addition, in case of insufficient internal consistency data, it is the section that shows the reasons for that and informs the participants to repeat the inventory.
This section shows the data analysis result of the report created after taking the inventory. This entrance section, which we call as the "fingerprint" of the person, is where it is shown that every individual is only and unique. This is the module in which verbal and numerical expressions appear to the extent of the proximity of the personality distribution to the main temperament.
The smart algorithm reports individual differences, the strong or limited potentials and potential risks of the individual, together with their social adaptation values, over 136 factors, with 3 subparts, in numerical and verbal expressions. Additionally, there are coaching questions per each potential.
Compatibility Table Module
It is the module that explains the distribution of temperament traits in the 'Analysis Summary' module according to the personality types in the methodology on which the CharacterIX Personality Inventory is based and gives information about all personality types. This module also provides information on the "Compatibility Table" module in the institutional report.
Thinking Style Module
It is a module that reports the mental model and basic thinking style of the individual by highlighting their distinctive features. It helps to understand the individual's attitude in different situations and the transformation processes of the attitudes into behaviours and to notice other basic thinking styles that have an influence on the processes.
Communication Style Module
It is the module that provides information on individual's communication style with 3 different subparts. Communication potentials and the most studied communication concepts determined by scanning the literature are taken as reference. Under the headings 'Communication Style' and 'Things that He/She Avoids', reports on the issues that the individual prioritizes and avoids in communication are provided.
Development Recommendations Module
This module consists of 3 subparts that include unique suggestions that contribute to the development process of the individual. With the titles 'Beginning Recommendations', 'Realize for a More Peaceful Life' and 'Expectations from People Close to You', it is an useful guide especially for counselors.
Problem Solving Approach Module
This module provides information on the problem solving skills of the individual. It consists of three subparts. The titles 'Problem Solving Potentials' and 'The Basic Problem' together report on the attitudes and behaviours an individual adopts when faced with a problem. The third title, 'Problem Solving Approaches', explains how the individual uses his/her problem solving skills.
Dominant Identity Card Module
The most practical informative module for individuals. For the evaluator, it provides general information that enables to get information about the individual in a short time and offers an overview. This module is consisted of 19 titles. Offers a description of the person with adjectives and short sentences. Does not include numerical data.
Development Suggestions in Professional Life Module
This module provides information on the special abilities of individuals that stand out in their professional life. Additionally, provides a report on the assessment made on the individual's sense of responsibility, which is essential for the professional life. Also, it is enriched with personalized professional advices.
This 4-page module offers special assessments on your focus points and aims in leadership together with your leadership potential, style, and qualifications. As it provides communication tips for the colleagues of the individual, it also offers management advices to the individual himself/herself. With this module, you can create a leadership model specific to your institution/organization.
Motivation Style Module
It is the module that reveals the motivation style of the individuals and is completely personalized. It defines the situations that motivate and demotivate the person. Explains the individuals' basic dilemmas and what kind of attitude and behaviour they would adopt when faced with them through their basic motives.
Attitude in Teamwork Module
This module provides a report on the individual's attitude in the teamwork based on his/her potentials and the necessary competencies for an efficient teamwork. In addition, it determines the values that the individual cares for, and provides information on the teamwork style adopted by the individual according to these values.
Potential Risks Under Stress Page
It is the module that evaluates the behaviors and attitudes expressed by the individual when coping with his/her basic fears. It reports on the assessment of the person's self-expression style when experiencing intense stress.
Personality Traits Expressed When Comfortable Page
It is the page that provides a report on the attitudes and behaviours of the individual when he/she is not coping with his/her basic fears and anxieties and is very relaxed. It is especially important in situations where there are interpersonal relations such as teamwork.
Learning Styles and Learning Environments Module
It is a module for both adults and students. In this module, your basic desires that will reveal your learning style are evaluated and reported. In addition, it offers personalized and holistic information about the ideal learning environment, learning style and communication style in education.
Compatibility With This Person Module
This module provides information on things to be considered when communicating with the person who takes the inventory. It offers tips to establish a good and efficient communication with this person. This module gained a great importance especialy during the pandemic, in terms of establishing a healthy communication, building and developing harmonious relationships.
Things He/She Is Good At and Jobs He/She Can Do Easily Module
This module consists of four subparts. It provides information on the individual's basic positive emotion and ability which stands out. In addition, by analyzing the features of the basic thinking style of the person and how the person defines himself, it reports the jobs he/she does well and easily together with basic features of these jobs.
Occupational Personality Types Module
Provides reports on the Holland occupational personality type according to the data obtained by applying the CharacterIX Personality Inventory, ranked from most to least strong. While each occupational personality type is stated with its subparts, the individuals than see their potential distributions from the module 'Occupational Personality Types'.
Sales Potential Sample Page
